Fiesta Stock Horse Show & Rodeo
Year 101. . .

The heart of the Fiesta Stock Horse Show and Rodeo has always been the tradition of honoring the vaquero, the original California cowboy whose legacy continues to inspire everything we do. This legacy is not just about remembering the past, it is about building a future. Through our junior events and youth competitions, we are creating space for the next generation of vaqueros, offering opportunities for young riders to experience the discipline, heritage, and community that define this tradition.

While the landscape around us may be changing, and our event is no longer being hosted at the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara, the spirit of the Fiesta Stock Horse Show and Rodeo remains as strong as ever. As we work to find a new permanent home, we are planning a special weekend of events, scheduled for August 1 through 3, 2025, to continue holding space for these beloved traditions.

This next chapter is about more than just transition; it is about transformation. We are designing a weekend filled with family fun, connection, and lasting memories. From the thunder of hooves in the roping pen to the laughter of kids running barrels, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. While there will be no PRCA rodeo performances this year, we are committed to bringing the spirit of Fiesta to life through a variety of daytime activities.

Our home for 2025 will be the Santa Ynez Valley Equestrian Center on Refugio Road in Santa Ynez.  This is a great facility which we have invested in over the last 30 plus years and we are now able to use it for ourselves and our yearly event.

Our proposed schedule of events is under the participant tab on this website.  Entry forms, fees and ability to pay online will be forth coming by June 15^th if not before.
